Question: I just changed the Name Servers for my domain to point to FutureQuest how to I point my mail back to Google Apps.
You must first have an existing Google Apps mail service setup with Google.
You will need to change the MX Record (Mail Exchanger Record) to the MX Servers for Google Apps.
Access your CNC, http://www.FutureQuest.net/GoToCNC/ , then click on DNS Manager.
Click on [Edit] to the right of "domain.com MX 12801 mx.futurequest.net [5 min]"

You will be able to edit the Priority and actual MX Record for the record required by Google Apps.
As of this writing the 1st MX Record should be ASPMX.L.GOOGLE.COM with a Priority of 1. (Always verify the actual MX records required by Google before making changes)

Then Press Save. You will be presented with a Popup Warning that says "Adding a MX record for this domain will disable internal email. Are you sure?"

You must click OK to finish saving the entry.
Then click on "Add Entry" to add each of the additional MX records as required for Google Apps:

Leave Entry box blank, Select MX from the drop down and change the priority as indicated by Google and enter the additional MX record, and change the default TTL to 1 hour.

When done your DNS Manager should have the following entries:
