Replace IR?

Question:

I'm currently at my limit of 5 IRMs. I no longer need one of them and would like to replace it with another. How can I do so?

Answer:

There is a limit of 5 IRMs per Full Package and a limit of 10 IROs per Full Package.

If you have reached the limit, you would either need to upgrade one of your current IRMs to a Full Package or, if no longer needed, you would need to cancel one to make room for the additional IRM.

The cancellation form is located at:

Cancelling would result in the removal of only the domain mapping for the IRM and would not affect any files on your account.

Please allow up to 24 hours from the cancellation date for the IR to be removed from the account. Once this time period has passed, you will be able to order a new IR, which can be done using QuestAdmin:
