Question: I am going on vacation, can FutureQuest provide support directly to my resold accounts while I am away? Answer: No, FutureQuest can only provide direct support to the Qualified contact listed on the account. You would need to, and should, make prior arrangements with a third party to provide support during the time you will be away as well as informing your clients of the situation. | |
