I lost a few of my files!! Can you please restore them from backup?

Answer:

FutureQuest conducts a system wide backup on a nightly basis. The exact time may vary but is usually between 2 and 5 AM Eastern Time. However, we cannot restore single files or directories as the backups we do nightly are system wide for full restoration and not available for single file retrieval.

You will need to restore the contents from your own backup files. It is important that you keep a local copy of your files at all times for situations such as these.
