How do I block email being sent TO a specific address?

Question:

I keep getting spam that is being sent to a specific 'To:' address at my account that does not exist, but I need to keep my catch-all enabled for business reasons.

Is there any way to block email to this one address?

Answer:

Yes, there is. It involves creating a 'BlackHole' address within your CNC Email Manager.

Once logged in to the Email Manager in your CNC, click on the "Create New Email Address" and enter the username you wish to block all incoming email to. Then select "BlackHole Email Address" from the "Mailbox Type" dropdown menu and press "Continue". Once you have done so, you will be shown the Properties for the account you just created. At this point you may either choose to add an Autoresponder to this account or simply return to the Email Manager.

All email sent to that specific username at your domain(s) will simply disappear and you will no longer receive it in your Catch-All account. You can add as many "Black Hole" email addresses as you wish.
