Can I order the Let's Encrypt Certificate for any package?

Question:

Can I use a "Let's Encrypt Security Certificate" with any package on FutureQuest, i.e. a Pioneer Virtual Domain package, or do I need to upgrade to another package?

Answer:

The Let's Encrypt certificate/SSL/TLS may be set up on any Full Package (Visionary, Pioneer, Prospector, Trailblazer, Voyager, Odyssey, or High Capacity). SSL is also available to be set up on the MQS (Managed (dedicated) QuestServers). SSL/TLS cannot be set up on Parked domains or Redirected/Overlayed domains.

The cost for the Let's Encrypt certificate/SSL/TLS is a one-time setup fee of $20 each (except on the High Capacity package as it includes free Let's Encrypt SSL/TLS). This fee helps to defray the cost of operating the SSL servers and the administrative time and overhead for setting up SSL server access on the hosting package.

To get the Let's Encrypt certificate installed on your package, just log in to QuestAdmin to place the order:
http://www.QuestAdmin.net/
(If you haven't created a QuestAdmin login, you will need to do that first. Just click the Create Login tab from the QuestAdmin link above.)

Once the order has been received, it will be set up within 24 hours (usually much less time) and an Activation Letter will be emailed at that time.
