When you have lost or can't remember a password to one of your email accounts, you can change it via your CNC panel. For the address to your CNC, refer to your Activation Letter or visit
http://www.FutureQuest.net/GoToCNC/
After entering your CNC, click on the Email Manager link.
Next, click on the username of the email account for which you have forgotten the password.
On the "Mailbox Properties" screen, click the Change Password button.
Then, enter your new password twice and click the Save Changes button.
Now you can check your mail using the new password!
Important note: Remember to update your email client with the new password.
