To request an MX (mail exchange) Record change, just log in to QuestAdmin:

If you haven't created a QuestAdmin login, you will need to do that first. Just click the Create Login tab from the QuestAdmin link above.
Once logged in, click on "Place a New Order" under Services and Select "MX Record Change". The QuestAdmin order form will allow you to specify a CNAME if the mail service you're using requires one.
Any special instructions should be placed within the "Optional Comments" section of the order form.
After the necessary information has been submitted, FutureQuest will implement the changes within 24 hours and will email an Activation Letter at that time.
Note: Once you change the MX Records so that another server is handling your email, FutureQuest is no longer able to provide support for the email services for the domain as we are no longer controlling them. If you experience problems with an email account where the MX Records have been changed, you will need to contact the technical support department of the servers that are handling the email. Changing your MX record affects all of the email services for your domain, including QuestMail and ezmlm/ezmlm-idx.
