I have forgotten my stats password. How can I change it?

Answer:

You can easily reset your stats password by using the CNC.

Once logged in to your CNC, enter your File Manager and navigate to your www directory:
/big/dom/xDOM/www
(Hint: xDOM is usually your domain name with an "x" in front and without the extension - refer to your Activation Letter if questions.)

In your www directory, you should see a directory named stats. Click the box in front of the stats directory and choose the "Password Protect" button from the bottom menu.

On the next screen, you will be shown the username that is associated with the current password protection.

To reset the password for that username, click "Change Pass".

Note that all of your CNC Protected Directories share one password database. This means every directory protected by that username will use the same password.

On the next screen, type the new password you wish to have associated with that username. (You will need to do so twice to verify it.)

When finished, click "Submit".
