I would like to add some text that will be automatically included on messages sent from my mailing list. How can I do so?

Answer:

Unlike legacy ezmlm lists, ezmlm-idx lists include the ability to add a footer to each outgoing message ("Trailer Text")*. The default trailer text contains the unsubscribe address for the list and the help address for the list, however you can use the CNC to easily edit the text to suit your requirements.

Legacy ezmlm lists can be converted to ezmlm-idx using the Mailing List Manager in your CNC.
