The FAQ-O-Matic is a CGI-based system that automates the process of maintaining an FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) list. It even allows visitors to your FAQ to take part in keeping it up-to-date. A permission system also makes it useful as a help-desk application, bug-tracking database, or documentation system.

This one requires quite a bit of command line experience if you are not hosted by a server that has the script pre-installed for you. Fortunately, FutureQuest^® does in fact have this script pre-installed on the servers! The directions are simple to follow and there is no command line work needed whatsoever!
